Aluminium Products

This is an eight seater cycle produced from aluminium extrusion. Tolerances were very important on this project with a margin of error in some locations of +/- 0.5mm. This was a completely welded assembly and was produced entirely from the 3D model shown.

Due to our investment in machinery and staff we can boast a seamless join on welded frames and corners. The lighting corners opposite are an example of this.

All frame sizes and shapes produced to customer requirements.
